The service
Radon Mitigation Tampa provides information about radon and takes quote requests from people in the Tampa Bay area. We are a referral service. We do not test for radon, we do not design or install mitigation systems, and we are not your contractor. Any test or installation is a separate agreement between you and an independent radon professional.
Quotes
Submitting the form is a request for an introduction. It is not a contract to buy a test or a system, and it does not lock a price. Cost ranges on this site are typical estimates gathered for education. The only price that matters is the one a contractor gives you for your house, in writing, before work starts.
Consent to be contacted

We do not guarantee that any home will test below 4.0 pCi/L, that a system will be finished in one day, or that a professional we introduce will be available. Ask that professional what they will do if a follow-up test is still elevated.

Do not submit someone else’s contact details, do not use the form to send malware or advertising, and do not scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other people.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law, we are not liable for a contractor’s work, a missed closing date, a test result, or decisions you make from an article. If a dispute about this website itself cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in the state courts of Florida.
