Radon Mitigation Tampa (“we”) operates radonmitigationtampa.com as a referral service. This policy explains what we collect when you request a quote, who we share it with, and the tools we use to understand site traffic.
Information you send us
The quote form asks for your name, phone number, email address, property ZIP or street address, city, the service you need, an optional message, and your consent to be contacted. We also store the page you submitted from and the time of the request so we can operate the form.
How we use and share it
We use this information to respond to your quote request and to share it with up to a few independent local radon professionals who may contact you by phone, text, or email about testing or mitigation. We do not sell the list as a standalone marketing file. We do not use it to perform radon work ourselves, because we do not perform that work.
Those professionals have their own privacy practices once they receive your request. Ask them if you want to know how they store your number.
How long we keep it
We keep quote details long enough to make the introduction, handle a follow-up, and meet ordinary business record needs. If you want a request deleted, use the contact form and put “Privacy request” in the message, along with the email or phone you used. We will remove it from our records unless we have to keep a copy for a legal claim or a fraud investigation.
Cookies and analytics
The site loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-LLSMZPLJGS) and Ahrefs Analytics. Those tools receive technical data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device type. You can block them with your browser or with a common analytics opt-out extension. We do not run the previous site builder’s own analytics.
Form protections
The form uses a hidden field to catch automated submissions, ignores requests that are sent too quickly to be a real person, and limits how many submissions one network can make in an hour. Do not put passwords or payment card numbers in the message box. We do not ask for them.
Children
The site is meant for adults who own, rent, buy, or sell a home. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will change with it.
